Surrealist Photography

I have been looking at a Surrealist photographer named Tommy Ingberg.

He has done some very intresting work, which caught my eye instantly. i have looked at plenty of his work and have discovered he works in black and white and Includes stetsons and uses Trees and rocks in almost every piece of work.

Final photography evaluation

Evaluation of my final photography piece.

1.     How does it make you feel?

 It gave me a feeling of interest and the want to be there so I can hear, see and feel the atmosphere within the photograph.

2.     What are the strength and weaknesses?

The bottom right hand corner of the photograph, around the guitar head, motion blur has been captured where the rest of the photo is detailed.

I put a lot of thought into these shots, I asked my modal to wear a whit t-shirt because I knew I wanted to keep to a black and white theme, so I made sure he wore a white shirt to improve the contrast.

The strength of this photograph is, the use of Photoshop, although I need further experimentation.

3.     What could I have done differently?

I could have taken more time to improve the detail of the editing, the edges of my models left arm could have been neater and possibly better camera angles.

4.     Would it have improved my picture?

Taking the extra time on the editing would have defiantly improved my work, by a significant amount, although I am thoroughly proud of the outcome.
