Costume design. Costume designers create the attire of each character by
designing clothes and accessories the actors will wear on camera. Costume
designers have to carefully study the personalities of the roles.
This depends on preference. Costume
design is a job that can be done individually or as a part of a team.
The whole team, talk through budget,
fabric and accessories needed and who will get them and where to look, they basically
help plan out the whole wardrobe and the restrictions of its making.
Majority of Costume designers work as
freelance and are employed under short-term contracts with the production team.
Pay depends on the way you work, being
Freelance to Full-time employee.
